I just wanted to take a moment of your time to express our satisfaction with this project. The end result has completely exceeded our expectations. Lance did a marvelous job the time we met him at the Home & Garden Show to what we now believe is the completion of the project. We enjoyed working with throughout the project.

The crew was phenomenal. Justin and Phillip (who were here throughout the project) did a fantastic job. They were on time, hard working, professional and a pleasure to be around. The quality of their work is at a very high standard. The other two gentlemen of which I did not have the opportunity to meet also did an outstanding job.

I am recommending Heritage to everyone, not that I necessarily have to after our friends and acquaintances have seen or will see the final product. It speaks for itself. Your sign will remain in our yard for sometime to come.

We are planning on creating a courtyard next year. Heritage will be the first call I make, specifically to Lance. It would take an incredible proposal to pull us away from Heritage.

If all of your project managers and crews conduct themselves in the fashion they did with/on our project your competitors should be very concerned.

Dear Heritage,

We want to thank you for the excellent professional job your personnel did for us on our recent landscaping project. Chad appeared promptly to inspect the site, measure, and give us an estimate. He explained the work to be done, and scheduled work to begin promptly. He arrived with workers when they, began, saw it off to a good start, and checked at intervals to see that everything was progressing properly, also checking with us to make sure the work was being carried out to our satisfaction.

The two young men who did the actual work conducted themselves in a thoroughly professional manner. They were polite and pleasant, knowledgeable, and very capable. They worked hard without taking any breaks except for a short lunch time. They did not enter the home, although we had offered use of the facilities and made the offer of soft drinks or bottled water.

Work was completed in an extremely timely manner. The finished product is beautiful, and we are completely satisfied with the results. Feel free to use our manes as reference is you wish. If and when we need more landscaping assistance, we will call upon you for help.

Another reason for this letter is to praise the gentlemen who worked on our home. Victor and his brother, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, were most cordial and informative. They worked hard and appeared to take a great deal pride in the work they were doing. I feel they did the same kind of job they would do if they were working on their own homes. Also, though I never met her and am not even sure of her name, the woman who answered my calls at Heritage was very friendly and helpful. She too made me feel comfortable and confident that Heritage was a good choice.

Having worked several jobs that involved dealing with the public, I am keenly aware of the value of this type of staff member. Victor, his brother and the secretary who answered the phone are great representatives for your company. You would do well to keep these people happy and in your employ as this type of employee is a rare commodity today. Each of these individuals made the entire Heritage experience a pleasure. I want to remind you of the importance of these people as I am sure they are an integral part of the success of your business.
