My wife and I have lived at our residence for over 15 years. We have never used our backyard as a space for hanging out or entertaining. It was essentially a blank slate of grass.  This spring we contacted Heritage Landscape Design. Their design team quickly came out and spent a significant amount of time with us carefully listening to what we envisioned for our backyard oasis. They gave very informative suggestions and came up with a video-based/three dimensional design that was more than what we could have imagined. When work began, the design team arrived with the installation crew to fully explain the design to them and double check that we were satisfied with the layout. The crew showed up each morning that they were supposed to and on time. Every crew member was very polite and considerate of our property. Prior to leaving each day, they made sure to fully clean up. The communication throughout the entire project was excellent from both the design team and crew members. I have to admit that I am a very picky person and expect quality/professional work. From the office staff to the design team and crew members, Heritage Landscape Design delivered!! We couldn't be more happy with our project as it turned out better than we could have ever imagined.
